BROADBAND

The WCG’s Broadband service is arguably the most essential enabler of service delivery in the province. It enables:

Digitalisation of services

Roll-out of Public WiFi hotspots to citizens

Cloud Services – Including roll-out of Teams

Remote work – high availability of apps

• Migration to VOIP services, effecting huge savings for departments

• High volume processing of data and images

Improved access to services in rural areas
