I am appreciative of the dedication, commitment and support of the entire Department to deliver on the initiatives set out in this Plan. I would like to commit myself and the Department to the effective implementation of the 2023/24 Annual Performance Plan. We are accountable to the citizens of the Province, the Western Cape Provincial Cabinet and the Western Cape Provincial Parliament and commit to implement the priorities and key programmes as set out in the 2023/24 Annual Performance Plan.
