Short definition

This indicator refers to the average turnaround time in days to finalise requests reported to the IT Service Desk by users across all departments.

Purpose

It measures the services provided by the IT Service Desk in order to provide efficient problem and incident management to resolve problems, issues and service requests reported by users. It contributes to improved ICT services provided to the Western Cape Government
