Indicator title

Phased implementation of the reconfiguration of Provincial Training Institute (PTI)

Short definition

• Phase 1 (2020/21 and 2021/22) was the Draft Reconfiguration Model of the PTI and the appointment of an external service provider • Phase 2 (2022/23) is the Reconfigured PTI Model that must be submitted by the external service provider (Ernst & Young). • Phase 3 (for 2023/24) will be piloting the implementation of the Model • Phase 4 (2024/25) will be full implementation of the reconfigured model of the PTI

Purpose

This indicator seeks to manage the implementation of the project over four phases. The reconfiguration of PTI will be over multi years with an annual project for each of each year that sets the deliverables annually
