Refers to the number of transversal learning programmes that will be assessed to determine impact of training on the workplace, the employee and department
Short definition
The purpose of this Indicator is to measure the number of learning programmes that are being gauged for effectiveness of training. This enables the development of remedial strategies, where necessary. This should contribute to providing a highly capable workforce, resulting in better performance or service delivery
