WCG DoTP APP 2023/2024

• Support departments in the implementation of the Mediation Policy for the Western Cape Government, to drive down the costs associated with court litigation by and against the Western Cape Government; and • Explore the possibility of in-sourcing transaction advisory support in relation to substantial infrastructure projects as a substitute for the current, more expensive out-sourcing of such services to the private sector.
